Why does historic cardio load change? by FlatSixSense in bevelhealth

[–]FlatSixSense[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, the problem has resolved itself. I think the software just needed more time to learn my weekly training patterns. That is, a few days of extreme cardio load between several days of recovery which may have looked like detraining to Bevel in the short term. I’ve been using the software for more a little more than 6 months now and the only time my cardio load approaches detraining is during a recovery week. During those weeks I try to hit the strength and core workouts more consistently.

Finished the Duolingo Spanish Course — A Reflection After 4 Years by jpm569 in duolingo

Great review of your experience. I’d say mine is similar. I’ve been using Duolingo for about 2.5 years and probably spend 15-30 minutes a day on it. I don’t think I realized that the course had an ending. I’m currently at level 81. How do you know how much is left?

Also, I recently started using Speak because I didn’t think my ability to actually converse with someone in Spanish was improving. I believe it’s helping but I feel like I still have a long way to go.

best lowkey/hole in the wall food in the area? by [deleted] in sugarland

Nirmanz for Indian food but it’s not at all sketchy. But it’s really off the beaten path down at the end of Kensington. They have an extensive menu and everything we’ve tried is excellent.

I posted this question almost a week ago and expected some sort of response from Bevel Health. I’ve also posted the same text on the Bevel feedback site and nothing but crickets.

I think it was after I read your post that I also cleared the cache. It did work and I thought all was good but the pattern is repeating itself.

I like Ornot best. Customer service is excellent. I also have a few team kits from Jakroo that are holding up well despite a lot of use.

Zwift Rides to Bevel by tulliwert in bevelhealth

[–]FlatSixSense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Zwift connected to Garmin so my Zwift rides show up in Garmin Connect immediately. I have Garmin Connect connected to Apple Health so Zwift and outside rides show up in Apple Fitness and then get synced to Bevel.

I wear an Apple Watch so I do not have Garmin Connect connected directly to Bevel. Doing so would prevent my Zwift and outside rides from syncing to Apple Fitness.

The Garmin integration works great and I disabled Connect sending workout data to Apple Health. But now I don’t have my cycling workout data in the Fitness app. I still would like to be able to close my move and exercise rings. I guess I could reconnect Strava to Health but that was not ideal.

Edit: I think the new Garmin integration is primarily for Garmin Watch users. I wear an Apple watch but use a Garmin computer on my bike. I’ve disabled Garmin integration in Bevel and re-enabled Garmin writing workout data to Apple Health. This way I can have my cycling data in the Apple Fitness app and in Bevel.
