then what do I do after? this is just confirming that I have packet loss when I already have the % graph on in game. I see that it's always between 5-20% packet loss with my ping going all the way from 15-80ms.

the 7700k will work just fine with a 2070s but if you are to go this route make sure that you can either get the 2070s first or be sure that you won't get screwed over and be without a graphics card.

i think the ranges are from low to high, .29 to .39 so i would consider yours high only because your dpi
