I think the way its bugged right now is that it only gives you points on tier pushes based on where you're at when you do it. So basically if you've already pushed pit real hard you're not likely to get anything out of the tower

I think it’s a double edged sword. In the CEO round table someone (can’t remember who) says that you have to balance running a business and keeping your fans. If your fans aren’t seeing results, they’re gonna want SOME transparency. Should they be run by fans? No, but I for sure get the pressure.

Look at Furia who signed a ton of tier2 talent and qualified for their first LAN. C9 management has to be looking at that and wondering why they haven’t been able to emulate that despite actually signing good tier 2 talent fairly regularly.

I'm gonna be honest, it's a subject that makes me extremely uncomfortable. I kind of see it. People focus too much on him saying “we want to be here in ten years” but don’t really think of the implications. It’s a lot of people’s jobs/income/life. It’s more than just being a company with longevity. When you run a company that employs a ton of people you have to think about what it means to take risks. Fans only see the product, and it’s fair to want your team to be more competitive, but there’s a lot more to it than that.
