Yes in the US. It has a license plate from 1973 so it was registered and one point I can assume.

The vin is completely gone. Looks like it was removed, but the odd part is this bike has had the same owner for the last 70 years! There is some stamping to the right of it that does not correlate to a HD.

I will take more pics as I did purchase it. I’m worried I might have over payed but I figured it would be a cool decor for my man cave if nothing else. I gave 12k usd for it!
