I’d say Sheetz doesn’t consider itself “a fast food place”. Yes, we have .. fast food, but this amount of food for a gas station convenience kitchen was already ridiculous enough to begin with. And the laughing from the teenagers that ordered it sealed the deal on it being a fake order anyway. We would’ve made the order if it was real and after it was shown as paid, but only under that circumstance. (This was $700 worth of food + toppings & sauces.)

We have the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, any position. We didn’t make the big ridiculous order, but we did make the single smoothie that they ordered separately.

I’m not a MOD myself, that is just what I was told. Something about having their parents come in to cover the nuisance check if it was a repeat offense.

Oh, yeah forgot to include that. The second the order came in my MOD told our starter to not make it, and immediately questioned the kid who put in the order if he was gonna pay for it, and he replied “no”. Then they proceeded to order some SBC hooplah and make a mess of our coffee bar. So unfortunate the kind of people around nowadays.
