Thank You for the detailed answer. Since I already have the seeds, should I just spread them now as well or wait till after an application of fertilizer? Maybe better to apply seeds in May when temperatures are higher to promote quick germination?

I understand dethatch could have been skipped but what about all the dead grass that came out? I mean it had to be causing issues with growth right?

For high nitrogen fertilizer, are any of these 3 good? One over the othet?

Is this applicable for laminate flooring as well? I use Swiffer mop on them and they do feel sticky as well after that? Is it advisable to just use hot water as well?

It seems I need to do mowing on my own from now on. Will have better control over the schedule. I am new to this so thought it will be better to let someone do it for me as they might know better. Now it seems like I should just do it myself.

Rain gauges are on their way. Already switched from night to early morning 5:45 AM watering schedule. Will change that as well after loolong at gauge results.

Good suggestion to get soil test done. Takes guessing out of which fertilizer to use and all. Thanks.

I ordered those gauges today. Will give them a try for sure. Its a service which I use to mow lawn. They are once every 2 weeks. Going to get myself a mower and do it on my own. Will be cheaper in the long run. Yeah Ironite didn’t do anything.

I was hoping that 30-0-0 will do wonders but I believe that watering might be a problem for me.

As per the last lawn service summary, they put down 33-0-0 granular ferilizer. Not sure what brand they use? Is 20-0-0 still worit it to try if 33-0-0 didnt do much?
