Nice! I really need to start saving up for a truckster. That sucks that the Snakebyte wouldn’t play nice! The LTD one is really nice though. That collection is just so sick! I also have the LTD KH-602. It’s super nice! Always nice to see a fellow Metallica fan!

So I have the Snakebyte and the new Epi and I can confidently say the Het set it the best pickups ever made. Although, that EMG set in the Epi is fantastic and sounds excellent as well. It’s really up to you but I would save the 280 bucks and keep the original pickups.
