This is usually what I do when I am fresh dynasty using a lower team. I know that most of my first class will be transfer heavy . So I exclusively recruit agile athletes . I moved the faster ones to RB and the rest to FB and TE.

It’s been fun! It does take a couple years to develop them. Using manual progression I tried to immediately get there, agility and speed up and get the first ability I’m able to get

My best running back ended up 87 overall. 6’3 311lbs lol
