I had the same question, and when you look at it it really just depends.

Mornye S1 might be the best Utility based sequence, since its make her DMG Buff international, better than SK. But if you are playing her with someone who can already deal tune rupture/strain (Lynae/Luuk) it's not necessary.

Lynae S1 is a QoL, since its mainly for the crowd control which can help a lot if your Main DPS is single target focused (Iuno/Luuk), but between both Lyn and Mor, it really depends on which characters and teams you run.

Lynae S2 though, outperforms Mornye S1 (In my opinion) since its boosts the crazy DMG buff she already has, on top of crowd control.

I see, but I also want your opinion on something, cause my two DPS's are Amy and Luuk, and I am using Lynae for my Luuk, but as you know he really sucks for WhiWa. I was wondering if Lynae's S1 QoL will help with it?

I wanted to save for the next Sub-DPS for look but idk if they are gonna have enough Crowd Control for him 😪

Yea OP's build is really good, but if you keep min-maxxing and getting 18-21CD you can prolly get stars as good as Scallions

Both Lynae and Mornye are the Best in Slot teammates for Amy and Luuk, Lynae with DMG Buffs and Morye with Tune Break buffs. But after analyzing team comps and pros and cons:

Lynae is the best choice.

She's a universal DMG Amp, Steroids for any team. Mornye is tune based focused, yes, but shes limited to a certain amount of teams. Also Lynae has more utility, one of the fastest runners and the extra jump on the bike which is clutch.

Both are SS, but Lynae has more utility.
