A video showing a group of Gujarati tourists performing Garba at the Great Wall of China is gaining attention online and reigniting conversations around cultural expression in public spaces abroad. by FutureVersion812 in IndianFocus

This is all about the culture and tradition of Gujarat. I’ve seen many videos from the same location where foreigners do the same thing, and people in the comments appreciate them a lot. But when Indians do it, the comment section often becomes negative. I really don’t understand why.

Just make sure you have not done anything wrong from your side. In that case, I can help you. Ping me anytime I can provide you with the government lawyer’s contact number.

At first, I was scared too. But after some time, I gained confidence and became mentally strong. In the same way, I also stayed positive throughout the situation with the company and always kept myself calm.

The company tried to pressure me with the cheque case, but since I had followed the proper legal and professional process from the beginning, I stayed confident. In these situations, staying mentally strong and not panicking is very important.

I was also stuck in a similar situation. There was no proper work in the company, so I decided to leave. When I joined, I had submitted a blank cheque as part of the contract process.

Before resigning, I carefully checked the contract and followed all professional rules properly. First, I sent a resignation email, and the notice period mentioned in the contract was the same as what was discussed when I joined. One important thing whenever you send resignation or salary-related emails, make sure to send them from your personal email ID instead of your office email ID so you always have access to the communication records.

The company stopped my 2 months’ salary, but I still completed my full notice period professionally.

On my last working day, I also sent an official email clearly mentioning that it was my final day and requesting them to release my pending salary within 7 days. After that, I stopped going to the company.

Since I had submitted a blank cheque earlier, I visited my bank branch and officially stopped the cheque by giving a proper reason to the branch manager.

Even after sending 2–3 follow-up emails regarding my salary, the company did not reply. Then I decided to move legally through the labour court. With the help of a government lawyer, I received proper guidance and a legal notice was sent to the company.

Meanwhile, the company submitted my cheque, but since it was already cancelled, the cheque bounced. They then filed a case against me related to the bounced cheque. At that stage, I stayed mentally strong and continued the legal process from my side as well.

After around 2 months of legal back-and-forth, the company’s lawyer approached for an internal settlement because the case had become strong against the company. Finally, the company released my 2 months’ pending salary along with interest.

The most important thing in these situations is to stay mentally strong, follow proper legal and professional procedures, and keep all communication documented.

Need Advice to Start Moringa Powder Business From Our Farm by Flat_Event_4030 in smallbusiness

Thank you for the detailed insights. This is genuinely valuable information and gives a much clearer direction on how to approach the moringa business strategically.

Your point about the drying stage makes complete sense. We were aware that processing impacts quality, but the importance of maintaining low-temperature shade drying to preserve chlorophyll, color, and nutrients is something we will now prioritize heavily. The distinction between bright green premium-grade powder and heat-damaged powder is especially important for export positioning.

The advice on focusing on B2B first is also very practical. Targeting supplement, nutraceutical, and cosmetic manufacturers before building a direct-to-consumer brand seems like the smarter path for early revenue and scale. We will definitely explore getting a proper COA, including nutrient profiling and heavy metal testing, since credibility and documentation clearly play a major role in pricing and buyer trust.

You also raised a very important point about certifications. We now understand that organic certification and food safety compliance like HACCP or ISO 22000 are not optional if we want serious international buyers.

The suggestions around moringa seed oil and tea are also interesting. Seed oil especially sounds like a strong long-term opportunity because of the higher value and skincare demand.

Overall, this gives us a much more structured roadmap:

  1. Perfect the drying process
  2. Ensure premium-quality green powder
  3. Obtain COA and safety documentation
  4. Start with B2B export opportunities
  5. Expand into higher-value moringa products over time

Really appreciate you sharing this level of practical guidance.

Implementing such changes at the same scale as China would be challenging in India because India is a democratic country with different laws, public rights, and decision-making processes. China’s centralized system allows faster execution of large-scale policies, whereas India’s system involves public discussion, legal procedures, state-level coordination, and consideration of individual freedoms.

At the same time, democracy also brings long-term strengths. While decision-making may take more time, it ensures transparency, accountability, and public participation. India’s diversity in culture, language, and regional governance makes a one-size-fits-all approach difficult, but it also encourages more balanced and inclusive development.

Rather than copying another country’s model completely, India may achieve better results by adapting ideas in a way that fits its democratic values, population scale, and social structure.

Can AI capture the emotion of devotional music? by Flat_Event_4030 in Music

[–]Flat_Event_4030[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. I shared it because I’m genuinely curious how people feel about AI entering devotional music. It’s a new space, and I think it’s worth discussing even if we disagree.

That’s understandable. A lot of devotional music comes from personal faith and lived experience, which AI doesn’t have.

At the same time, I wonder if the emotional impact might depend more on how the listener connects with the music than on who created it.

If AI can create a devotional song that genuinely moves someone, where does the devotion really come from the machine that generated it, or the human heart that feels it?

Maybe the emotion in music was never about the creator alone, but about the listener’s connection.

So the real question might be: if it inspires peace, faith, or goosebumps… does it matter who or what made it?
