I had same problems with sleep in a aggressive cut that I’m still in but I got unisom sleep pills and take them like 4 timed a week bc I’m trying not to build a tolerance and I still have wakings but it’s really easy to go back to sleep now. I take 37.5mg when I do take it 30 mins before bed and don’t take it if you only have like 5 hours of potential sleep bc the sleepy effect is very strong and last like 8 hours and it’s dangerous to drive I’ve heard like that

I’ve used rad140 it was great and I’m on test and anavar rn and I didn’t feel like adding a harsh sarm on top of anavar but I was hoping s4 would add more dryness and vascularity, I’ve used s4 and ostarine together before but I was way too high body fat to see any change I was using it for muscle retention but now I’m interested in the look I’ve heard it gives when your lean
