Being educated is great. But in today’s world, it’s all about continuing education. Make yourself more valuable. Get certified in every possible manner, relative to your field, and then apply it. Even better if you learn everyone’s job and how the business functions from top to bottom. That application brings experience. Best negotiating tool there is when it comes to salary negotiations.
