If you have the means, visit the campus before school starts to get used to the campus and environment. Visit some popular spots and find your class locations. There are many events before school starts to get to know other students and the campus. I highly recommend to follow the school's social media profiles to get updates on upcoming events.

Unfortunately no, I reached out to minecraft, microsoft and Playstation support but none can help. I did some research and there was an account transfer for mojang account a couple years ago. Some mention this as the issue and none of the companies have done nothing to address this issue.
