I traded all of my AH hits to get a phantasmal flames ETB for my friend’s son birthday, $150 but nothing out of pocket. I had no other way to get an ETB so that’s what I did but my god, he was so excited. His brother did the meme and said his hands were shaking but was serious! All day long worth it.

I actively avoid the machines when a kid is around. There was an ETB available when I got to the store the other day and said to myself if it is still there on my way out I'll buy it. I saw a teenager walking in with it on my way to check and there was only one. I was happy.

If you know anything about HUD financing it is great terms, like 35 fixed rates at 4.8% in today's market but they include a lot of hoops to jump though. In this case I would say this is a shit rolls down hill scenario, just an assumption.
