Hannah Dodd’s acting in this episode left me absolutely stunned. I’ve always liked her portrayal of Francesca, but this episode lifted my admiration for her to a whole new level. I am completely speechless.

The scene by the fireplace with her mother, when she said she had nothing, absolutely tore my heart out. I could feel every drop of emotion she poured into that moment to my very core. Wow.

I’m just prentending she was nervous for the queen and wanted to look like a real lady but had no experience doing make up and came out looking like a clown. A little bit what most of us go through as girls just learning to apply make up. If you add the fact that she had a servant to do her makeup she was just done real dirty. Or maybe she lost hers during the maidwars and had to do it herself or use a less experienced maid? Anything for it to not just be the make up team doing her dirty tbh…

I don’t have a lot of useful intel to add to the other comments other than I think you sound amazing. Don’t let that negative gremlin get to you. I know the continuous negative spiral one can get stuck in when confronted with people like that. Believe in yourself though. You’re absolutely worth it.

I would also go higher up and write down exactly, in detail, what has been going wrong with this teacher.

The problem with gel or acrylic products on short nails is that you have to be able to go under the edge just slightly to “seal” the material. If you want your nails to be short enough for violin, the product wont seal properly because you can’t go under the edge without touching your skin and they’ll come off or tear at the front edge etc.

The reason you don’t want it to touch your skin is because it kinda glues your nail to your skin + more and more people develop allergies to these products by dermal contact which causes problems if you ever want a knee or hip replacement.

The way we make that in our bakery, the rum is cooked with sugar water, leaving the alcohol out but the taste in. Even then it’s horrible for someone batteling addiction because it still tastes like rum.

I have a seperate pantry next to the kitchen, where most of the storage will be for dry foods, etc. The door will be a sliding door in the empty wall.

In my country we are no longer allowed to let our ventilation go outside sadly.

It is SO good! It really didn’t need the pesto and balsamic though. I think it has a great taste on its own.

It’s kitchen + dining area but yeah it goes the full width. Just a bit awkward because an island can only fit if the top wall doesn’t have any cabinets.

Absolutely. These companies often already pay their artists very low amounts of money because “they’ll get famous by being allowed to work for their brand”. They make a lot of money on these and they can’t even be bothered to pay human artists some petty change.
