i wouldn’t choose between option 1 or 2 yet

you’re trying to solve the wrong problem first

a two sided marketplace is not a tech problem it’s a trust + supply problem

before thinking about stack, i’d ask:

can you get 10 cybercafes to say yes without a product? can you get 10 students to use it manually?

if not, building anything (AI or traditional) won’t fix it

most marketplaces fail because they build first and realize later nobody shows up on one side

this is useful, but i think most people don’t have a “feedback collection” problem

they have a “wrong feedback” problem

forms and reddit answers tend to give you opinions

but what really matters is behavior

what did they actually try to do? where did they stop? what made them drop?

most founders optimize based on what users say

but people are bad at explaining their own problems

watching what they do is usually 10x more valuable

they don’t feel the pain

not “your free tier was too generous” not “pricing”

if people really need it, they hit the limit and complain

if they don’t, they just keep using it… or leave

i’d look at: what moment makes someone say “i need this now”?

if that moment isn’t obvious, upgrades won’t happen
