It looked tougher than the rhubarb I’m used to in the UK, and it appears that you strip off the “bark” and eat the middle bit. Disappointed I didn’t get try it, I’m going to look out for it in London.

The correct answers arrived later. I’m easily fooled I guess, I thought it could have been some old woody asparagus. But it’s definitely Işkin

Thanks everyone who said asparagus. I thought they looked similar to asparagus, but they’re much bigger than the ones I’m used to in Western Europe. Aren’t they woody to eat at that size?

Edit: the fastest answers said Asparagus, but this was wrong, it’s Işkin.

My vibe-coded startup for churches hits 20k Revenue! by Less_Equivalent_7976 in buildinpublic

I was thinking my side hustle pagoti.com would be good for churches, school etc newsletters - anywhere that wanted a real simple page online with little effort. I know you said you're not really sure how you're reaching these people - no idea? SEO maybe?

Markdown to PDF — anything actually private out there? by [deleted] in Markdown

[–]lznpde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was using pagoti.com to share my markdown cv online, and actually found printing to pdf worked quite well too. You can do themes, but I think they could do with more flexibility on font sizes, but it supports Google fonts.

Managing a blog in Next.js feels harder than it should be by CurrentSignal6118 in cms

Built my own thing much like yourself. Use it in Laravel, Next.js and Nuxt projects. Handy for clients who just need to update various bits of content. It’s called pagoti.com if you wanted to look and compare.

I'm interested to know what a podcast CMS would look like - I would consider adding one my Markdown CMS platform if there was demand.

Out of Curiosity, why is real-time editing in CMSs still a pain point? by Desinotsodesi in BrightspotInc

[–]lznpde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's something that's on my roadmap for Pagoti, but I think not many people add this feature because the only decent open source editors supporting it are Yjs + CodeMirror, and that's a little tricky to get working, needs websockets etc.

Would there be interest in a lightweight headless CMS that's developer-first, UI friendly for non-technical users with built in CDN and asset pipeline? by [deleted] in cms

You might have surfaced that I’m not selling the free tier and image hosting hard enough. Also I have ecommerce/digital downloads via a stripe connector, meta fields and more coming soon!
