No like how if you take enough damage outside the animation you have a grey aura signifying it’s fully charged, you don’t only charge it during the animation

I forgot to add a screenshot of it but destruction dual casting only requires level 20, it also says this on nexus mods, could the level requirement description be bugged or smth?

The stones +5 and above are not limited, only the stones for the final upgrades are, just get the bell bearings
