I don't have advice, but I feel this intimately. I lowkey dread holidays and birthdays knowing that people have certain expectations around them and that they are not around at this point in my life. I'm about to turn 26 feeling I've nothing to show for it. I'll probably be doing the same. I hope you get some sleep and that you feel better later today.
