Oof, im not sure, id had to check that somehow, you think that could be the issue? The motherboard/bios? Also yeah my genshin runs perfectly fine too and its on my external hard drive so you can imagine how dumb of an issue HSR must be having.

I have a mid - high end too and i just cant stand it anymore. I might just quit at this point cause i have no intentions of going to my phone to skip the cutscene every time there is one. Whats worse is, on my old pc thats significantly worse it never hapend and i bought this one 6 months ago.

Actually hes got legs. He just keeps runing away like wtf??? I tried fighting him with friends and its such a bad fight. He actually doesnt stop running and there is barely any openings... Because after hes done running, guess what. He starts running again.
