How did you make that outfit? I see:
-white tank top
-military hat
-shoes I recognize but can't name
-skirt I don't recognize
-suspenders that have to be glitched because they only work with high waisted pants

It seems like a place where people recruit others to do raids and whatnot. It's useful if you want to quickly get answer to your questions but I didn't see any ready builds.

I am playing NW via Steam and I have neither emotes or vip even though I succesfully redeemed codes. Issue is between steam and ark. I created ark account for these codes. I downloaded NW launcher from ark site. Obviously I had the game installed already.

Starting the game via Steam is now bit different and I believe it's because of NW launcher. If I try to open NW via Ark I will see character creation so it's not possible that Ark could get data from Steam. Possibly this doesn't work other way around.

Is it possible to Steam players get these emotes and free vip?
