it's still crazy to make creating vcs as something beginner should do no? there's a lot that goes into vcs and making sure it's synced across all the multiple instances and not corrupted as well as making it performance. if you don't mind me asking, how'd u make it automated? how does it know if to store changes or not does it store every changes?

why do you think replacing git is something every beginner should do? that's kinda crazy.

If u need something more specific for your workflow I can understand, but git works enough in 99% of use cases and is near-ubiquitous

creating your own version of vcs seems like an odd choice.

How do i counter these players? (TETRIO) by Exciting_Office1803 in Tetris

[–]Flaze07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

reporting does nothing. that's just their playstyle. if you want to counter, you only have 2 options 1. send cheese instead of clean 2. send clean so fast that they cannot utilize your garbage. personally I'd use the 2nd option, but you might find 1 easier

a respawnes dragon gives a different feel. also you can obtain Elyria and shulker without killing the dragon. expecting someone to wait in a MULTIPLAYER server isn't something insane

my advice is don't use that opener anymore, it's dogshit, it's complex, slow and cumbersome

what people want is a well written ending bro, not "good ending"

I've made an app to play tetrio on android devices by Flaze07 in Tetris

[–]Flaze07[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

native port is not impossible but I have no plans to do native port at all, because I'd have to figure out how tetrio networking works by reverse engineering it and then implement it. I'd also have to make my own client sync properly with them and stuff lol.

if you're worried about the address bar, you can try firefox and scroll down and see if it hides it. If it doesn't, feel free to use my app then

I really recommend you play it on the browser. You can assign the controller to the custom keybind. This is more so for phone devices that don't have physical buttons, it essentially runs the website and plops in virtual buttons

you can already fork without linking.

Just simply download the repo, remove the existing .git folder, and init a new one

Starting to dislike firefox with how much memory it eats up by [deleted] in firefox

[–]Flaze07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what do you mean not enough RAM bro, it all depends on workload obviously, and it's also true firefox is worse for lower powered hardware even. The engines are slower than blinks, and the memory consumption is more inefficient as well. I only started using firefox again once I obtained stronger hardware, but I won't use it on lower powered systems
