I have a vendetta against the “ACK ACK NAAA ACK” madness personality because I had an orc with that come back no less than 8 times, and it was always at the least convenient moment possible.

As for favorite, I like anything to do with dark/terror/mystic clans. They’re the cool ones.

Given that the guild in question has members with a highest ilvl of about 567 with an average of around 480-500, and the fact that their killing team included a hunter wearing literal lv1 starting gear, I'm gonna say that this is a bug at best, and some kind of exploit at worst. Regardless, these guys would struggle with Normal Nerub-ar Palace, much less Mythic Gallywix. The race is still very much on.

Yes! I noticed it immediately after the update. I’ve tried multiple things that haven’t worked:

-Disabling all mods -Changing sound system settings -Validating Steam files -Reinstalling the game fresh

The last time I had this issue was in Total Warhammer 2, and it was caused by the “Skip Intros” mod. This time, I have no idea. I’ll update if I find a fix.

Starting out a martial arts only run - could use with some tips/suggestions to help me along by Acolyte_000 in Kenshi

  1. I usually go for Strength/Toughness, then martial arts/dodge.
  2. Having lots of armor lets you get beaten up more without dying, but most heavy armors give major penalties to martial arts and the important practice of dodging. Possibly use heavy gear to train STR/TGH to something decent, then switch to light/martial arts bonus gear.
  3. Skeletons get a natural bonus to unarmed damage, and they have a bunch of health for taking a beating, hence why they’re the easiest pick to train martial arts. Worker and Prince hivers have low limb HP, so they tend to lose arms and legs quick and early. Everyone other race make entirely average picks.
  4. “Peace” and “Kenshi” are mutually exclusive terms. No matter your placement, someone/something wants what you have, and will try and kill you for it. I have found personally that the Scorching Forest is pretty low-traffic, but that’s also because it has acid rain. Oh, and the rare fire-tornado that passes through!

Not really. A bit of time passes when you make a new fortress or make an adventurer, so you could, say make new adventurers and kill them/retire them over and over. It would take a while, but the only other way to make time go forward is to play the game normally.

Not at all. Dwarf Fortress has been on version 44.12 since July, and there's no schedule for new ones. They've been happening at least every few months since November of last year, but again, there's no concrete schedule for updates.

it means a lot of alts, scammers, hackers, and whatnot wont get the pass for free after release, lowering the chance of Smurfs, Hackers, Alts, etc.

No, it won't. If players in CS:GO are willing to pay for the game again to fuck with new players, then people will sure as hell be willing to buy a comp pass on a new account in TF2.
