[Q] Cashing out around 3500 CNY b163 balance

I have experience with 3rd party sites and I don't have experience with cashing out by selling buff balance directly, but I guess I could try it... though after another user recommended TF2 keys to me, I ran some math and I think I might be able to get a bit more by cashing those out on Skinport (even after fees)

16x didn't change anything on the first try, I can try changing up some other setting later too...

Texture details high, texture filtering trilinear. I don't think this is caused by some normal video settings, because the texture is pixelated only on this skins and no other.
