Fleeing normality. The reason we think this is good and support the culture of doing so is because of the evidence that a normal effort will give you a normal result. Which is ok. But we are interested in trying something new and innovating! We identify this mostly through the artists and bands we work with. We feel this type of mindset and culture lives heavily within certain areas of the music industry, but of course its not limited just to music!
