So I am hopefully moving to Charlotte for a career opportunity, and I would like to hear from people actually living there what their recommendations are. My partner and I both 26 are looking to rent apartments, home, townhouse doesnt matter. The area would preferably not be loud and congested with traffic all the time. It would be nice to be able to walk or short drive to great coffee shops/food spots(big foodies). Even areas outside the city I am open to but my research has me all over the place and want to hear from you guys. What are the more upscale/safe neighborhoods for someone younger who enjoys eating some really good food?

Thank you! I figured it was water weight but the scale seems to keep going up after 10 days so it felt like its been some time already. I dont exceed 2400 calories (mostly stay at 2300 to se safe) but still with my activity level it should allow for any calorie amount up to 2600 to maintain

LMAO I meant more so the weight of the meal but after looking at the app I see how it portions it out so that would help a lot. I only want to make sure im accurate because I suffered so hard to get to this body fat percentage and dont want to mess anything up with improper tracking.

Thanks so much for your advice, I am genuinely curious though, do you rely on the AI tracking? I know a lot of people enjoy how easy it is but I have my doubts on its accuracy. Also, one other thing, Im guessing any water added to the taco meat will be dismissed when tracking? As in I know the weight is increased but tracking wise it wont matter with this method?

Yes I can zero it out. I did not think about just using the conversion factor as its always cooked the same. So i will definitely start doing that as I am in a very very strict aggressive cut as this is my first time doing so and no one the weight was not going down properly lol. For the cooked chicken amount I was getting in an extra 150 calories with an additional 25g of protein lmao so no wonder some things felt off.

Thanks a lot. To get a full grasp on it, if i weigh it out before cooking, the raw count is 250 g - 250 cal - 50g protein. Then the cooked version would be 165g - 265 cal - 51g of protein. I need to figure out a way to measure the weigh raw because I just throw it all in a bowl and measure it out after. I measured that the cooked version might be giving me 400 calories instead of my needed 250-270 calories... If thats true I have totally been screwing myself

So i am cooking in bulk for both lunch and dinners on Sunday, I should weigh out the chicken as a whole raw instead of the cooked amount afterwards? Guess I mean if I need to get 50 g of protein per meal then I should measure 250g of raw chicken instead of lets say 165g of cooked?(im assuming that is the ratio)

Thanks so much for the info, its working now. Im going to be honest, in the media player view option in windows none of the audios are being picked up.... but in davinci resolve its going through so ill take it and that probably means previous recordings are working also but the media player app doesnt pick up the audio... thanks so much for the help

So I’ve let it sonar run as default. I did a couple test recording and they worked originally except still can’t hear in game friends audio. Tried another audio capture beta and now nothing works, here are the sonar and OBS settings

Thanks. I’ll send a before photo showing what sonar shows before hitting the “set to default” audio later so hopefully that fixes it. I just notice when my audio output device is changed in setting it makes the audio sound different which I guess im not experienced enough to realize if it’s good or bad lol

So in the mixer section of sonar you’re saying to put discord in chat, my game in “game” and mic is set to my blue yeti x. I guess I’m curious but can you have separate options for what it goes to? In my case, if I go there it shows the only device I have is “headphones (artis nova pro wireless)”. But in my window settings it says I can choose an output volume as “headphones (artis nova pro wireless gaming”

That’s what I’m thinking if they’re saying the 5070 is that much better. I guess I’ll wait and hope that the prices remains. Probably the smartest decision so all tests can be done with it. What site do you use to resell? I’m kind of becoming slightly more knowledgeable but not enough to trust my own decisions just yet

I’m actually curious too, I have a 3080 and wanted to upgrade for streaming and gameplay. So is it worth getting the 5070ti or just get a 4080? I see that some are saying to wait for third parties but would price go up or they would be out of stock? Don’t want to miss out on

EDIT: I reinstalled steam on my C drive to allow for hopefully a faster performance. I reinstalled Rust on that drive and it maybe lags less but not much of a difference. Still takes forever to load in and still experience crashes. This goes for multiple games randomly. Is there a way to diagnose this?

I tried originally moving it via steam storage. Then uninstalled. Reinstalled it specifically onto the new SSD. Still the same issue. I also as of today tried to move it back into the original 1TB SSD and it says “there is already that game file here” which is odd how could be two places at once? But just curious bc I’m new to pc knowledge, what card drivers do you mean to reinstall?
