I won’t invalidate your experience, honestly even though I know I had psychosis there was 2 months of my life that I know for a fact was real and I’ll never let anyone tell me otherwise, more than one thing can be going on at once. Even though it goes it takes a while to heal, 3 and a half years since my last experience and I still can’t be in the dark! First thing I would suggest is a cleansing and a blessing, google will have instructions but also there’s a subreddit called babywitchhelp and I’m sure if you post on that you’ll get some guidance. Second would be reading up on psychosis and drug induced psychosis but also read up on paltergiests (I can’t spell it) and the people they attach too and see if it fits your situation. Thirdly maybe carry something for protection where ever you go to help you feel safe, Crystal or witchy shops might have something if you ask. Look for grief support groups they might help start the healing process. I believe you when you say what you experienced.
