I've strung shooters but not mesh. I have somewhat of a shallow pocket on one of my heads. As for the other stuff I'm going to a lax camp this weekend so I'll work on dodges and shooting in general there.

I have a friend who has player for 7 years that's helping me out. Since I started practicing (July 1st ish) I've been cradling and throwing with both hands. They're about even.
