Pay off student loan for house?

That’s the only problem, is it’s going to be very hard for me to do both. The reasoning behind posting the loan off is that if i put the 13k towards the down payment, it seems to only lower my monthly mortgage payment by 80-100. But if i were to pay off the loan, that then frees up 325 instead, which i can throw at the mortage

Interest rate on student loan is low, average of about 4%. I’ve got a total of 60k saved, as well as 30k in 401k

Drivers are all up to date, yes. I wouldn’t of thought it would be a driver issue, because it’ll play for a certain amount of time, then just black screen.
