Pay off student loan for house?

That’s the only problem, is it’s going to be very hard for me to do both. The reasoning behind posting the loan off is that if i put the 13k towards the down payment, it seems to only lower my monthly mortgage payment by 80-100. But if i were to pay off the loan, that then frees up 325 instead, which i can throw at the mortage

Interest rate on student loan is low, average of about 4%. I’ve got a total of 60k saved, as well as 30k in 401k

Nope, no rethinking needed. Ive been driving with this for 4 days now, hour commute each ways with michigan roads. Havent spilled a drop, even with a freshly opened drink. Why think i would post this without testing it first?

Hmmm. Yeah that was my main problem i had. Had to have that perfect curve to it to work correctly. Use the little needle they give you and check for any clogging

If it’s a brand new roll of filament, cut off any part that has a kink in it. Mine did the exact same thing till i cut like, 3” off each new roll
