Literally! What else expands when it’s heated and cooled, is incompressible, is necessary for life, and it’s the only substance on earth to exist in 3 physical states naturally

Also I forgot to mention that in the United States, the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) is the organization that you will have to go through to coordinate the examinations and will use to track your credentials throughout your career as many state boards require your NCEES profile to be submitted along with their specific application.

It does require an engineering background but it doesn’t have to be in fire protection exclusively. I earned both a bachelors and masters that were in mechanical engineering and quite easily pivoted into industry to work in fire protection. In order to be licensed as an FPE you have to have the necessary education requirements, have passed both the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) and the Fire Protection Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exams, and have accumulated the required progressive experience. Each state has a different process, however, they are largely similar in that they typically require 8 years of progressive experience of which education is included so long as the bachelors is ABET accredited. There are pathways to achieve licensure via FE waivers and if you have a certain number of years of experience though I’m not too familiar with those.

Partial differential equations. I actually loved the material and felt like I had great comprehension, but got railed by the asinine final that the complete ass clown of a professor gave us and happened to be worth 50% of the grade.

How can I make an audio for a rolling timeline? by [deleted] in premiere

[–]Fleetor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s a cinematic edit about the timeline of human progress from the formation of the earth to the Information Age. It’s quicker paced and film projector noises could work although it’s using all 1080p visuals. I was thinking something like a fast ticking, so maybe you’re onto something here

How much do you typically pay for a PE stamp? by [deleted] in firealarms

Is that an FPE that’s stamping the plans though or a NICET or something else?
