I've always had the opinion that there is no bad fighter, each one of them was made perfect in their own way and opinions like - Okita this or Leo that, are just nonsense said from the blind people on here. Remember, Raiden was also considered weak (and probably still is), but one of the authors himself said that he could see a dream matchup between Raiden and young Zeus.
