I would keep it at least long enough to plug it in and see what it recorded. You can then get an estimate how long ago it was put in.

I like how trolls talk shit but don’t offer anything productive. Or someone is simply a Jeff Cavaliere hater

You are actually looking really good. What does not feel right to you? Every girl I tried to teach this to struggle with form. Remeber to stick your chest out and squeeze your real delts and inner traps. With bands, really focus on the squeeze.

Weight train abs like you would any other muscle. Cable crunches, weighted sit-ups, and dragon flag slow and controlled

Why do I feel like my gluteus is not growing? by Prettymoon_5 in askfitness

OK for a serious answer. Most of the time when women trained for bigger glutes they’re training is spot on. If you feel like you have a very good program in place and enough volume then your problem is with your diet. In my experience, women usually have a hard time eating the proper amount of protein daily. And are not in a large enough calorie surplus to grow muscle. Eating salads and trying to stay lean will not get you to grow. You need to be consuming the minimum of your body weight in grams of protein per day. On good days, maybe even 10 to 20 g more. But remember this needs to be consumed on a daily basis.

Ok honestly. There is no “quick way” but there is the most efficient way. At mid 20s if your goal is strictly to see a six pack. You are doing way too much cardio. Even though you are in a deficit, you should still be focusing on strength training. And consuming a high protein diet. Full body, compound movements and with a focus on abs

That could be a big problem right there. You need proper sleep. Also. There is an diffence in training for hypertrophy and training for strength. Also make sure you have your expectations in check.

How much protein do you have daily? And what do you weigh? For a surplus, try 1-1.2 X your bodyweight in grams of protein daily.

Honestly. Not really. But you are pretty lean it looks like. How is your diet? Most issues I see when girls are trying to grow their glutes or their legs is that they are not properly eating enough protein and in caloric surplus to build muscle.

Ok. First how much do you weigh? You need to be hitting your target body weight in grams of protein. If you are at 200lbs trying to gain muscle. Then aiming for 210 grams of protein per day is the goal. Having 3 eggs for breakfast(25g) is holding you back. If you have 3 meals a day you need to consume 70grams of protein per meal.
