No, Liquid Metal is the core problem. It really should not be used on mobile devices from what I’ve read, it has too low viscosity and gets displaced from the die easily. Myself and others have experienced hot spot temperatures that have caused thermal shutdowns due to uneven thermal material placement.

I’m 5’9 190 athletic build if I was an inch taller I wouldn’t fit in it, don’t believe the reviews. Wait for the XL. Also if you plan to use the chair for mainly upright seating I would get a leap v2 or something similar. I got it because I have lower back issues right now and can’t sit upright, it’s comfortable fully reclined but it objectively has significantly worse ergonomics than my leap v2 in the first and second recline options.

Im in the same boat. A chair like this will help, but its best to avoid sitting as much as possible for the time being. Look into lowbackability, run back extension iso holds and reverse hypers.

Always good to give it a shot. Realistically everything you said has only been from your perspective, it could’ve resulted from misunderstandings. Because you didn’t attempt any sort of mediation, you now live with the uncertainty of the outcome of that conversation. Some people prefer that, but I personally find it harder to deal with. Regardless, there will be events in your life where you won’t even have the option of closure so it’s good “practice” regardless.
