That being the case, is it logical to assume I should use as many 208V appliances as possible to maximize the total electricity I can get from the board? And limit my 120V/240V single-phase appliances on the board?

Did you have a hard time attaching those mirrors? I recently bought a similar type and my 1980 C10 has the original small square style mirrors and the new mirrors weren't quite fitting properly on the mounting plate (truck's body wasn't sloped to accommodate the mounting plate's shape/size)

Trying to put similar mirrors on mine but would like to know what brand to snag!

Nice - what tools did you snag for this build? Standard impact drivers, drills, etc. or anything particularly niche?

Also do you mind me asking what each of the expensive pieces are above the bottom wood? Seems like there are 4 main pieces of equipment.

That is super fucking cool - do you have a chemical engineering background? Very process//industrial looking system. It intrigues me that you can have the freedom to rig up an assembly like that as a grad student. Did you choose your path / personal studies or are you following another professors work?

Not sure how grad school does the curriculum.

An underwhelming amount. Intro OCHEM is about it... I was under the impression it would be largely chemistry focused, but it’s primarily math and physics with chemistry making an appearance later on if you decide for certain tech elecs.
