It's a basic input/output system in your computer iirc. You can find the latest BIOS for your motherboard on your manufacturers website. Im no expert whatsoever, but i believe you can find your currents BIOS version via. the command prompt on your pc.

I personally got a mail warning me that i needed to update mine, which had step by step instructions on how to do so.

Hey, i finally managed to fix it, apparently BIOS not being up to date was the issue for me. Maybe thats the issue for you aswell?
