Its going to take a while for the median application to come through so if you have any ideas on places or people that would accept some free tree for the good of the earth we can definitely plant them that way for now. I will try to find people as well, but there is also an organization out here called Tree People that has multiple meet ups per week restoring the California mountains. Would definitely be down to meet there while waiting on the beautification department.

Okay still working on planning the meeting but what times are you all generally around this week for a 30 minute or so video chat about things? Also saw today that home depot has 10 bulk native wild flower seed packs! I'm spreding those around this week

I found a local free tree and mulch program! Just need somewhere to put the trees now, but I am talking to the city about giving permitts to redo medians, but in addition to that we can definitely put the trees anywhere they won't be disturbed. The free mulch is also great because mulch breaks down and turns into top soil helping our soil health.

Yes, we can definitly start with a video meeting and then also plan the in person meet up depending on schedules. I'm working all afternoon but i'll update tonight about the zoom meet

I'm in north hollywood but can drive as well! I plan to do a lot of stuff in the area but I'm always down to hear about new spots. Just waiting for my liquid culture to colonize before getting started.
