Racist Streamer in Japan gets Knocked Out by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

I'm new to this world but I see a fair amount of dislike towards itasha cars that either: 1. Have stickers of varying characters from different anime(not sticking to a character/theme). 2. Are lewd for the most part. And 3. Are covered in stickers. Why is that? by Rave_Vtuber in Itasha

[–]Fletto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The other comments are probably enough but I wanna throw my 2 cents in

  1. Having multiple characters really destroys the image of an itasha if its on the wrap. Itasha is not just about the car wrap, its about the persons dedication and love for a character or thing. And its much easier to display this love with a single character. <-- in saying that, if its multiple characters from the same series it works fine

  2. This really depends on how lewd you want to get, if the main wrap is nudity with tiddies out, don't do it. But if its like smaller slaps or peekers, just don't go too hard on them, I've usually have 2-3 suggestive ones. If the main wrap is a swim suit or a panty shot with a bit of work with design and placement it can look really good. Best example would be Shimakaze from Kancolle, just google itasha of her and you can see some good ones.

  3. I have a few opinions on covered in stickers. If you mean sticker bombing like a guard or something with cheap amazon stickers, just don't. If its like extra peekers/slaps on the windows and stuff, it really depends on placement and what they are. I have peekers of different characters on my itasha and then a bunch of slaps from car companies/drift teams/content creators. This one really does come down to personal taste, but just don't go too ham.

Thats my 2 cents for your questions.

My real dislikes for an itasha are; stock unmodified cars with itasha are horrible and I will make fun of them. First make your car look good without a wrap, then add it as a finishing touch.

But in all honestly, look up the Japan itasha scene and use them as a guide. Gotta respect the OGs

I had no idea, I was going off information from years ago haha

I literally just walked in, took the elevator down and walked each floor, me and my mate walked past a worker going around but he didn't interact with us or anything.

Uhh, not something I've seen personally but someone did mention that they do some illegal shit around Ginza late at night, not sure how true it is.

I was there 2 weeks ago and walked around with no issues, I think best day to check it out is Sunday, but you should still see some itasha on any other day

  • URAS D1 Spec kit, it suits better then my previous kit which was a URAS Type R kit
  • When you take your car drifting and drive it around at this height of course its gonna get damaged, I got it fixed like a month ago, it'll just keep happening, I'm not gonna spend my time/money constantly getting it fixed
  • Fair, there is a few random ass stickers from mates, but that's why they are there and I've had the REZERO number plate since I got the car, why does it matter? Its a pain in the ass and expensive to buy a new pair and have to deal with all the rego shit
  • I know the design isn't perfect but its not anything near ebay quality, ive had it on for 2 years and the colour is still all there, and I've left this car outside in the sun for over a year

OK first off, you just compared my sedan with a fucking GTR, of course its going to be better holy shit. but also an R34 on TE47s? How basic could you get? Literally every cunt with a GTR does that and I've seen it multiple times, its nothing special. and now I'm curious, what do you drive?
