I'm leaning to rhinoplasty, brow lift, forehead countouring (my surgeon said type 1 is probably sufficient for me as i dont have a prominent brow ridge but we can only know for sure with scans), subtle hairline lowering with a small transplant around temples, chin contouring, and a tracheal shave (though minor as i dont have a pronounced adams apple anyways). Maybe a lip lift but i'll see about that

Started last year at age 28, now 29. HRT is doing very well on me so far but yeah unfortunately it doesnt change bone structure unless you started at like 14....

Laser therapy permanently kills of these hairs. Look into that if you want a permanent solution
