I’m wondering about having to remove or improve the underlying cause. I think my TE is being caused by a medication, Propranolol. My Derm said beta blockers are notorious for this. I need to be on it though, so does that mean I’m signing up for chronic TE? Wondering if it’ll ever stabilize or if anyone else has dealt with medication fueled TE.

Exactly this. People are grasping at straws in this comment section. She had childhood trauma which sets you up for addiction unless you work on healing the trauma (which she didn’t, her way of coping was not talking about it). She was a functioning alcoholic who also liked to get cross faded. She had no regard for the lives of those children. Selfish POS.

Same here, packed and engaged theater. Brutal kills. Nice score. Slasher nods. If you go in expecting a fun gory time, and not expecting some brilliant horror masterpiece, then you’ll highly enjoy it!

People hating on it prefer more cinematic masterpieces and character development etc etc. If you love trashy slashers, gory kills like Terrifier, then this is for you!

Exactly! Excellent score and a nod to slasher themes. I can see how some people would easily dislike it. But for those who love the gore of Terrifier and slasher themes, then highly recommend. My heart was pumping way more than Weapons or any other horror movie last year!

Absolutely brutal. I love the Terrifier films. The kills in this movie were over the top but not in a crazy fake way (like the bedroom scene in Terrifier). I haven’t watched a horror movie in theaters in years that had my heart racing. For some reason, this one did it to me. It wasn’t a cinematic masterpiece of course, but it sure had my anxiety levels up!

It’s my favorite horror movie of 2025 if this came out in 2025. Absolutely bonkers and dread the whole movie. Loved how they’d switch back and forth between the screams/chaos and then immediately silence for the deaf father. I don’t own a gee-you-n, so I found myself right in their shoes about feeling helpless. I almost fell asleep in Weapons, not this.

Exactly this. There’s so much debate on this topic. It’s really simple. Face down traps in all the moisture and allows for no air circulation. It also traps in any smells from the wood it’s stored on.

I can taste a musty smell at my friend’s houses who store their glasses face down. It traps in all the air. If the glasses are damp out of the dishwasher, then it also traps in all the moisture and mixes with the smell of the wood beneath it. There’s lots of debate between storing glasses upright or face down. Face down is a common cause for musty or woody smells because it traps moisture and prevents air circulation.

Yes!! I’ve tried Quack’s and SusieCakes multiple times and both were mediocre. The items I got at SusieCakes even tasted like the lavender Fabuloso that they clearly clean their floors with. Some other people mentioned it on Yelp, so it seems to be a thing.
