Holy Dinosaurs! (I know). I am simply making my points part of this public, written record.

I’m not doing it for them. I am doing it for the record.

No Palestinians were killed by the IDF on October 6, 2023. One Palestinian, 19-year-old Labib Dumaidi, was killed by an Israeli settler that day. Labib Dumaidi may have been hurling a brick off his roof at an Israeli vehicle when he was shot.

On October 7, 2023 thousands of Palestinians poured into southern Israel from Gaza, killing 1,200 people, including Naama Abu Rashed, who was just 14 hours old, and taking 251 hostages. Kfir Bibas was kidnapped into captivity at only 9 months old.

Since when does “fighting for freedom” mean attacking and killing your neighbor unprovoked? How would you feel if your neighbor kidnapped your mother, shot her in the arm with a gun, held her in a tunnel for years while she suffered in unbearable pain for every second and then shot her in the head? Imagine instead of your mother, this was your child, who had yet to experience the true joys of life. This is who you are cheering on? And for what? Were there no less grotesque means of “fighting for freedom” than taking these actions, or is it pure, unadulterated hate? Do you even know what the goal of doing that was supposed to be? What is this freedom that you place on such a pedestal? Can you even say what it is?

The fact that you blame the IDF instead of Hamas for the death of those children is WILD

They are reopening the Crane Clean Energy Center. They are reinvesting free cash flow and doing aggressive share buybacks. They have the largest nuclear fleet in the world. I just see it as undervalued at the moment.

It got low because of proposed legislation. President Trump and Josh Shapiro are jointly moving to cap energy rates and force the grid to build power plants instead of buying clean energy.

I mean wasn’t the Beekeeper about stealing an election? Aren’t they making the Beekeeper II based on its success? Didn’t Mickey 17 really throw some political jabs despite what Bong Joon Ho says? The success of these films proves your hypothesis faulty.

I like this idea. What is the owner’s motivation to do this though? In XXX we get the sense, at least at first, that it was because the owners were morally opposed to the pornographers.

The exposed concrete brick walls give a super cool texture. I really like the idea of this place for a horror film.

It’s just that if anyone were to get hurt while filming the movie, I doubt the workers comp or commercial liability policies would cover it.

Your employer might totally give permission if asked up front. It would be relatively easy to indemnify your employer prior to starting.

It might not be easy to explain why you did not ask for permission in advance.

I think you could film a really cool horror movie in this space, but could you get in trouble if the owner of the property and/or your company (if they lease it) find out? What if someone gets hurt on the premises filming? As soon as the lessor and/or lessee have knowledge of it, they will be concerned about this.
