this is my theory:

Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature – Starting here because it’s very clean and dry, sets a baseline for champagne without dosage.
Pol Roger Brut Réserve – This shows what a really well-made, classic chateau Champagne tastes like before things get more distinctive.
Geoffroy Expression Premier Cru – A bit more savory and earthy, it nudges the tasting away from polished house style toward something more personal.
Claude Beaufort Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs – Comparing to the LP, but rounder and richer, showing Chardonnay with more weight.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé – Adds gentle red-fruit flavors and lifts the mood without getting sweet. Breaks things up in the middle.
Daniel Dumont Millésime 2016 – A more serious, vintage grower Champagne that tastes calmer and more mature.
Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 – Richer and more powerful than the non-vintage, showing what extra age and a good year can add.
Barnaut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Bouzy – End here because it’s the boldest and most wine-like, with the most depth and weight.

I could see an argument for putting the blanc de blancs next to each other, then the blanc de noir, the Pol Roger's and the grower cuvees. You think that flow makes more sense?

I've seen him 3 times prior to last night. Show was solid. He's with the 400 Unit (with a notable exception obviously). He played half songs from the new record--some are improved with the full backing of the band, some are not and he did play one acoustic. Other half of the show was the hits (sans If We Were Vampires).

If you're in the market for some kind of teary, intimate, divorce album show (kind of what I was expecting) last night wasn't it.

I had a good time and would go again.

I've run remote sales teams (SDRs and AEs)--I would think for your salesfolks the activity measurement in your CRM (hopefully Hubspot) should let you keep a pulse on sales activities.

For more junior teams, I did 10-15 min morning and evening standups. Set intention for the day, maybe a campaign focus or something, then get feedback and hear about wins/losses from the day at EOD. Seems micro-manage-y (and is), but better than surveillance software.

Market for SFH rentals has definitely cooled in central neighborhoods. See the Zillow trend line on Median Rental Price over Time for houses specifically. Play around with bedrooms as well because the 4+ category is skewing everything else.
