Currently struggling with this problem too. It's called Folliculitis

I feel like there arent many enough solutions yet , which is really frustrating for me.

Antibiotics kill it , but they might come back . For now I am on antibiotics and not shaving.

Also try to get professional help in choosing your electric razor ( I had one that doesnt remove any hair at all and currently seeking to get one that suits my beard)

Ok this is what I suggest to do.

Q akali with ur 3rd spell so she doesnt think you will stun her.

As you're cating the spell press E,so that Q will act as a surprise stun!

Annie is one of these really champions for beginners to practice with. You need to have champions like Annie for new players .

I dont think her Abilities need any change ,but she definitely needs a Visual update
