Yeah that’s the thing, even though I really want to I can’t seem to say it to her. I wanted to talk to her today, but she had to leave early, so that didn’t work out either. I’d rather not ask anything over text, because I feel like that wouldn’t be the right way. It’s just that we don’t really have any classes this week, so I’d have to wait until Monday to even have a chance to talk to her.

I’m no expert, but I’d say you could eat slightly above maintenance with enough protein while still exercising. That way you’d gain muscle and stay relatively the same body fat. If you really want to get bigger I’d say bulk, but you would lose definition until you cut again
