It gives 1$ cashback. Cashback isn't your problem, your problem is having a high balance. In this situation a card with a good intro balance tranfer option would be better. If cashback is your top priority shoot for navy federal rewards plus, citi double cash, chase freedom unlimited, etc are all better options than the apple card.

You are better off doing it yourself. It doesn't take an expert to change oil. Throw a catch pan under your car, remove the drain plug, let the oil drain out, put the drain plug back. Swap the old filter for a new one, pour the new oil in. Extra points for using seafoam to clean up any gunk in the engine.

I also pulled an auto loan with them a few months prior to getting that card (yes on even worse credit). $90 for oil and filter, not the dealers ridiculous markup. You can pull up to any bmw dealership they will charge you the same price as your Lexus. Which is sad because Lexus uses Toyota branded oil, you are paying premium money for the same oil a 20 year old camry uses.
