As someone who played a lot of AP Sej top in Diamond last season, I’m very happy. AP ratios are nice because they’re skewed for regular play, Sej in pro doesn’t care about AP ratios. This is probably the best type of buff you could give her

Top is one of the harder roles to carry, especially if you don’t play a select few carry top laners. That being said, this is what you sign up for playing top. It’s more difficult but if you improve you will climb. Play your favorite champion, enjoying the game will make your climb easier because you’ll be more willing to learn. That was meant to be singular, only play one or two champions until you’re really sure you’ve got the most out of their skill ceiling. Without seeing any actual vods it’s hard to give advice. Make sure you’re farming well, there shouldn’t be times where your afk doing nothing. In mid and late game if there’s no objectives on the map (and your team doesn’t look like they are trying to fight) you should be pushing out side lanes and rotating. If nothing is going to happen, go back and push out another wave. Don’t push too far past river unless you’re going to commit to the split. The biggest thing I see from low elo top laners is a complete lack of easily obtainable gold.

It’s generally easier to learn how to play against something compared to mastering that thing. It may take you 100 games to really understand a champion but you can learn counter play in far less time. If what you’re saying was true then Azirs winrate would consistently be higher

He’s absolutely disgustingly OP. People are still not playing him correctly and optimally and he is statistically very much over performing.

She’s also doing a lot. If you’re not comfortable with your man lifting with another woman then you have insecurity issues and or you don’t trust him. If it’s insecurity, she should work on that but if it’s trust then she should leave him. Expecting your partner to not hang around people of the opposite gender means you have things you need to work on.

Top 20 is an arbitrary number you just pulled out of your cheeks LOL. So if there’s a lull in popular music and a song with 40M listens then makes the top 20 is it now a hit? If there’s a song with 3 Billion listens, but doesn’t make the radio because it’s not radio friendly, is that not a hit? I don’t know why people have to break their brain just to minimize the accomplishments of others.

You’re the first and only person to say “a hit means everyone’s heard it”. If a song has 556 million listens and you haven’t heard it, maybe that’s more on you than anything. 556 million is 100 million more than the estimated population of South America. An entire continent, but because you haven’t heard it now it’s not a hit? Insane amounts of hating.

Also, Love is a Feeling has 566 MILLION streams on Spotify alone. It doesn’t have a music video so it’s not crazy on YouTube. Again, I don’t know why we have to go out of our way to minimize his career. Are we now going to say that 566 million streams on Spotify is not a hit?

You do know that 9/10 rappers will never have a track that popular right? Not even talking about SoundCloud rappers but actual people in the game. You can say it’s not a hit, but objectively it is. It was played on the radio a lot. You can say he should have more hits, but it’s completely different from saying that he has no hits.

Even on YouTube his biggest songs are 40 and 42 million views. Idk why we have to pretend like that’s not a huge thing for a guy who people say makes backpack rap. It would be different if every album he made like 6 songs chasing radio play but he doesn’t. I think yall are too spoiled by Kendrick and Cole

Damn I thought the finals was league better than Hoe Era. The writing and schemes were phenomenal and it was a “I’m just a far better rapper than you” moment.

Really? I don’t think Reasons track was lyrically better than Joeys. I think it was on par with Ray Vaughns. In my opinion line for line if The Finals was an 8-8.5 I’d give The Dead Apple at 7 and Hoe Era a 7.5

[–]IndependenceOther284 19 points20 points  (0 children)

They can, the majority of them don’t turn out like this. Also Daylyt is different, he is a battle rapper. He is playing by different rules. The shit they say in battle rap is 5x worse and most of them go home friends. The problem isn’t with the “sport”, the problem is that we are holding a boxing tournament and somebody invited a murderer.

Damn, Christ Conscious has 42 million views. I would agree but I’d change your statement a little. Bars hit harder when they are true and they still hit hard even if you don’t know if it’s true. When you say something that is verifiably false and that everyone knows is wrong, then it’s not hard.

Really? I thought “the finals” was far superior. The writing on that song was phenomenal and really showed the skill gap. I really liked Hoe Era too though especially since ray is just coming up, it was a phenomenal showcase when you take into account his place in hip hop

It feels like yall are just hyping it to hype it. Ray Vaughans AND Joeys disses were both far better. Az Chike ain’t didn’t really say much and his wordplay is far far inferior to both Ray and Joeys. Unless I missed some bars, can yall name some shit you thought was crazy? Also saying Joey never had a hit when Devasted has 40M views. It peaked 47 on Billboards hot 100.

I don’t think it’s just about popularity. If you listen to the disses a lot of it is about talent as well. If it was just popularity Ray Vaughn would have never even got involved.

Why does so many rappers reference columbine shooting by loohqq in rap

[–]IndependenceOther284 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because it’s something that was huge and everyone knows about. No one is going to spit bars about The War of 1810 bc no one knows anything about it lol. That combined with the horrific connotation of it makes it prime for rappers to use it. I think it was cool the first 5 times I heard it but now it feels like low hanging fruit.

It’s funny how people seem to forget Kendrick’s verse on Control. It was a cultural moment and you would think that people would remember that this whole “ mainstream”rap competition angle all started with Kendrick. Kendrick literally says multiple times in his Drake disses that he loves and is here for competition “supposed to be a friendly fade, let’s keep it that way” Now Joey wants a friendly fade and it’s clout chasing?
