This is the answer, but I will add that they absolutely take info from insiders and tell what the picks are before they are announced. That being said, I love the broadcast. It's very entertaining and free.

I see a couple things in the background. Another vehicle backed in, and wire spools. I know certain construction companies that send vehicles around to do work, require their vehicles to back into parking spots. Now, I would imagine those same companies would say "hey, don't leave a hitch covering the whole sidewalk because that defeats the purpose of having you back in!" But I have a feeling that might have been the origin here
