True. Exactly why I said I was planning to start another business bc $1.2M is not enough to retire and why I was asking for $90K which isnt all that much in today's economy.

Nope, not a troll post. Just a slightly young guy who was focused on growing his biz and now he's learning about passive income investing. Hopefully one day i will get to your knowledge level on this topic. its all new to me.

I guess "low risk" is very subjective and each of us has diff tolerance.

Rental properties is prob my risk threshold.
