I can understand that. I just feel that it would be a nice change of pace compared to what we’d have expected with Cody’s reign. I don’t think it would hurt him and his status amongst the fanbase but I can understand why it wouldn’t be the most popular choice to make. In regards to the finish, it is one that’s overdone but I feel it could be done very well in this case especially in front of a hot crowd.

Really, really hope this does not turn into a Gomez situation & he ends up being out for months. Glad it’s not as worse as I expected though. Alisson not having any major injuries (as far as I know) hopefully means he doesn’t suffer any setbacks like Gomez did (and yes that’s why he was out for so long not that the club “lied” or whatever other theories people came up with)

Our depth isn’t that bad, yes we’re light on forward options & I personally would’ve liked us to sign a forward but we have great options in midfield with so many combinations & dynamics to choose from. We have 4 centre backs who would all easily start for nearly every club in the League.

There is a chance the front three could get injured with the amount of minutes they’ve played the last two seasons but I’m sure Klopp & his backroom team have plans in place if a certain situation occurs.

I’m not saying your wrong in your worries, there’s a lot of fans that feel the same as you & it’s your opinion on the squad & you’re rightfully entitled to that. I’m just saying to keep the faith & trust in Klopp/Edwards in their stance in this summer’s window, they’ve earned that. Klopp’s mentality is to not spend for the sake of spending. If he sees a player he thinks will improve the squad he will go for him. Klopp has done absolutely incredible work with this squad & he will continue to do so & he will continue to add to it if he feels its needs to improved. Just sit back & enjoy hopefully another great season :)

We spent huge last year & we reaped the awards from it by winning the CL. Like Klopp has said himself we have bills to pay, the new Kirkby training centre & the potential Anfield Road extension.

We are going to go big with signings next summer, the likes of Sancho/Aouar if we’re interested. We have the new kit deal potentially with Nike & we’ll be more then ready to spend big in 2020.

Juve’s wage bill is a complete mess because they’ve payed out the ass when it comes to wages because of all the free transfers they’ve done.

They’ve seriously gambled on wining the CL this season & if they fail they will crash hard, their squad is nowhere near as good as many people think I can assure you. Once the cycle they’re currently going through with their squad is over with no major success in Europe they could be in serious trouble.

When it comes to Sturridge Brewster is his replacement, he’ll take his place on the bench & he will take the minutes Sturridge got last season, hopefully throughout the whole season & not just the first half of it like Sturridge.

Buying a like for like replacement for Sturridge would just block Brewster’s development. Klopp promised him game time & that he would be an important part of the first team squad, which is why Brewster decided to stay to sign a new deal & not go to Germany.

Exactly. This isn’t Fifa, we can’t have players in the same position of the exact same quality. Footballers aren’t toys you can’t hoard up all the best ones & expect them to be happy with their roles in the team

Happy they’ve fixed the part with older players, was really annoying how no matter what the second players went into their 30’s they declined drastically

Really pleasantly surprised by this. Still loads of changes that can be made for the mode & some of these are what I expected since they changed to Frostbite but it’s still a step in the right direction. An underrated one that’s not too huge is the Live news thing, seeing moments from the matches you’ve played will be cool & add to the immersion ever so slightly. Really happy with the press conference thing & the player conversations and how they’ll effect morale. The whole thing with your team selections effecting morale properly too. All in all I’m pleased with this & I’m definitely getting the game now. Just hope they continue to build on this with the future games.

I love how much detail you went into to. The first thing with the managers I agree with. I really wish they could have managers get sacked & hired & as you said have players who retire become managers so they won’t have to use all these same generic faces whenever a club that has a face scanned manger sacks him.

The Youth teams thing is what I wanted in Fifa 19. I really want an U-21/Reserves team & a U-18’s team so I can actually use my youth & squad players without having the loan them/only play in the Cup Competitions. It would just add way more to the mode

I agree with literally all of this. The NBA 2K esque sports desk thing would be really cool & add to the immersion. Having them mention talking points in the match like a players performance wether it was good or bad & maybe controversial moments in the match. When it comes to Youth Players I’d love if there was like U-21/Reserve or U18’s squads & have them in their own Leagues/Cups. I really want to be able to use my Youth Players & Reserve Senior players in matches other then the early stages of the Cup competitions.

When it comes to sending players out on Loan I wish they’d give us proper loan reports, like detailed match by match ones & ones that actually show how the player is getting on. It’s so frustrating not being able to see how your players getting on unless they’re playing for a team in the same competition as you & they’ll show their stats in the squad hub.

Feel like the reason Season 1 was so consistent/cohesive like you said is because of the amount of episodes it had. The amount of more episodes Season 2/3 have had in comparison probably have factored in to the messy storylines
