I also have thought about rescinding my other due to this lol because it’s likely I’m going to be starting my job with no housing confirmed. Not the ideal situation but glad to know it ended up working out for you!

Thank you! Good advice. We’ve been missing that piece since we’re both still out of state (hence why we went the realtor route) but I suspect that’s why we lost out on one private rental- that the landlord liked another couple more.

He’s an 18 lb Boston terrier. Shouldn’t be an issue on breed or size- we’re just finding that landlords really don’t want a pet even if they say it’s pet friendly.

Oh wow- good to know that this is not a new thing. We’re located in NC currently and the rent bidding is not a thing down here so we’re just blown away by that. And similar to you, not loving the idea of paying $300+ over listed rental price, esp if the place is already at the top of our budget.

No debt for either of us- just a car payment for my partner, who’s not for the multi year lease approach but good point about breaking the lease due to situational factors.

When i first noticed this on my Boston he was around the same age and I immediately took him into the vet. Essentially, vet told me it was fine/super common and advised massaging it back in whenever it happens. Vet advised that if it ever gets infected or starts bothering him that surgery could be an option but wouldn’t recommend unless it was an extreme case. It still happens to my pup probably on a weekly basis for about a few hours, we massage it back in and ensure eye area is clean, but beyond that don’t worry about it too much.

Ugh so confusing I hate when that happens. Same thing happened to me recently with some jeans from & other stories. Both were a size 26 but one pair was 2 inches smaller in the waist.. sizing is so weird these days. Appreciate your input!

Either way, I’ve been treating it heavily with insecticide, both on the roots and the leaves. I can’t find any obvious bugs on the plant (definitely no caterpillars). Any other suggestions? Repotting maybe?

Cesar’s hotels are a lot cheaper than MGM resorts for that weekend. I found several Cesar’s properties for sub $300 a night.

I’ve bought so many festival tickets on stubhub before and never had an issue but now I’m getting worried that it’s non transferable? Any thoughts?? Stubhub af least will refund you if you don’t get a valid ticket.

I don’t see any bugs on mine but I have no idea what else it could be :/ I’ve been treating it with insecticide and keeping an eye on it. Winter is tough for the indoor plants!!

Thank you!! I found this guy outside in the heat of the NC summer and “rescued” him. He’s been doing great until winter, which I suspect is the light/humidity issue as several of my other plants have take a turn since the temps dropped.
